Our client faced recurring issues with their clay sewer pipe, which was damaged and collapsed in certain sections. We began by conducting a thorough inspection using a CCTV camera to assess the extent of the damage. This allowed us to pinpoint the exact areas that required pipe relining.

To ensure optimal adhesion for the pipe relining process, we cleaned the entire line using a high-pressure water jetter. This step removed any debris, tree roots, or blockages that could affect the repair.

We installed a Brawoliner and used a two-part epoxy resin to seal the faulty clay sewer pipe and joints, following the Australian Relining & Plumbing Standards AS3500. This technology allowed us to insert a flexible liner coated with epoxy resin into the cleaned pipe.

The liner was then inflated, pressing the epoxy-coated liner against the inner walls of the existing pipe. The epoxy resin was allowed to cure and harden, forming a seamless, robust new pipe within the old one.

Post-installation, we conducted a comprehensive CCTV inspection to ensure the relined pipe met all quality standards. We also performed static line testing to confirm the integrity of the relining work. Finally, we restored the site to its original condition, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s property.
